  The rating is the inability to bill on a timely manner as well as giving false answers about billing! My first visit was March 15th and first bill was billed July, 22. When asked if insurance was paying, i was told yes, during the visits i asked a few times to let me know if it runs out! This way I could reduce our visits from three times a week to one! Turned out the insurance was not paying and hit me with a $1200.00 bill. To add insult to injury, I was told to get better insurance that would cover an ACL injury better then I have!!! That my insurance was a joke! Why would my insurance only cover 5 visits! lesson learned, I will do better job calling insurance company and not trusting who I am paying to help! Very sneaky! Not honest at the shernan location, for not informing me that they had no idea if I am covered! for me to check into it. They give me the impression they were helping and would inform me. Nope, no help informing me, but did tell me over and over, it's my fault and that I singed paper work that said i agree to pay them! I agreed for them to take advantage of me! The physical therapist are well trained and good people, but I feel like they all know what's going on in the billing department, and are fine with their process of setting us up to owe them $100's! Since I then I have found out I not the first this has happened to. Be prepared to be insulted over and over when you get billed and begin to ask questions! Good luck....
