- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish I could give no stars!!! I took two dogs in for teeth cleanings. I had a positive relationship with this vet as he had provided after care of both dogs after a vicious dog attack. I agreed to $100.00 fees for each dental cleaning and the blood test required due to their ages. I asked to be notified if any extractions were required. I came to pick up my dogs and Dr. Locke informs me he could not work on the eldest dogs teeth since her blood test indicated she could not be put under safely. I was presented my other dog and she had undergone multiple extractions without my consent and I was presented a bill of almost $700.00. Since Dr. Locke does not allow one to pay out the bill, payment was demanded immediately. I was berated for the condition of my 12 and 14 year old dogs' teeth. All I could think of was the condition of my own teeth. On top of this there is a big difference between a $100.00 fee and a $700.00 fee for one elderly dog's dental work!March 14, 2017by Carla McGehee
